GH-N25

OVERVIEW

GH-N25 is our 25 Newton Green Hypergolic Vacuum Engine centered around a safer, cleaner, and equally performant green alternative to existing hypergolic bipropellant in-space propulsion systems.

Hydrazine and its various derivatives have served as reliable spacecraft propellants since their widespread adoption during the era of the Apollo Program. However, hydrazine-based propellants are highly toxic, which in turn require extensive safety procedures, specialized facilities, and strict personal protective equipment protocols. These requirements increase mission costs, reduce operational flexibility, and introduce risks to both personnel and infrastructure.

We seek to address the longstanding drawbacks of hydrazine-based hypergolic bipropellant propulsion systems by developing and providing a propulsion architecture with the same ignition reliability, storability, and performance, without the toxicity.
